ACT vs. SAT Information

ACT Information
 

 "ACTStudent " app is now available through the App StoreSM. Tech-savvy teens have a new way to prepare for the ACT. The information they need is now right at their fingertips-and it's free! ACT, Inc. has released its second new application for iPhone®, iPad® and iPod touch® users.  The ACT student application allows students to:

1. Take practice ACT questions
2. View their ACT registration status, admission ticket, and scores
3. Learn about important test information

 

 


Test Prep Resources

To sign up to take the ACT visit www.actstudent.org and set up a free account.  ACT is no longer sending out registration packets to schools.  If you need internet access you can go to the JCHS library after school.  To sign up on line you need a debit/credit card.  If a student is eligible to receive free/reduced lunch, they are also eligible to receive up to two ACT fee waivers.  For information about the ACT fee waivers, please see your counselor. 

Need practice on the ACT, SAT, ASVAB, and/or additional tests, visit: www.learningexpresslibrary.com.  Please visit the JCHS library media center to sign up and then you will be able to access information from any computer.
